      How to connect Hostaway to Pricepoint

      How to connect with Pricepoint

      Pricepoint is an AI-powered revenue management tool that automatically adjusts your nightly rates in real time based on demand, market trends, and your property’s performance. Integrating Pricepoint with Hostaway helps you optimize your pricing and increase your revenue effortlessly.

      🧠 Before you start
      Ensure that your Hostaway account is fully set up, with listings connected to your calendars and active on relevant channels.

      🔁 Step 1 – Reach out to Pricepoint

      Contact the Pricepoint support team or your account manager to initiate the connection:

      They will guide you through onboarding .

      🔑 Step 2 – Provide your Hostaway Account ID and API Token.

      To find your Hostaway Account ID and API Token:

      1. Go to your Hostaway dashboard.

      2. Navigate to Marketplace and find Pricepoint.

      3. Click on Connect button. Copy Account ID and API Token.

      4. Send Account ID and API Token at onboarding+hostaway@pricepoin.co.

      🔄 Step 3 – Onboarding & Activate Pricing

      Once Pricepoint receives your Hostaway connectivity credentials, their team will schedule an onboarding meeting with you. During this session, they will:

      • Guide you through your Pricepoint dashboard

      • Explain how AI-powered pricing works

      • Help review and align your pricing strategy with your business goals

      • Ensure that your listings are properly mapped and ready for sync

      After onboarding, Pricepoint will be activated and begin pushing AI-optimized prices to Hostaway.

      To complete the setup:

      1. Log in to your Pricepoint dashboard

      2. Review the recommended pricing strategy for each listing

      3. Enable syncing to let Pricepoint automatically update your nightly rates
