      How to Connect Beds24 to Pricepoint

      Easily integrate Pricepoint with Beds24 to automate your pricing strategy and boost revenue with real-time, AI-powered rate updates.

      This guide walks you through connecting Beds24 to Pricepoint so that Pricepoint can import your properties and booking data and optimize your pricing in real time.

      🔍 General Information

      Pricepoint is an AI-native pricing intelligence platform designed for the hospitality industry. It automatically manages your prices in real time to optimize revenue and occupancy — without manual effort.

      This integration enables a direct connection between Beds24 and Pricepoint, allowing Pricepoint to receive property and reservation data live and instantly adjust your prices accordingly.

      ⚙️ Capabilities

      Once connected, Pricepoint will:

      • Import historical and live reservation data from Beds24

      • Automatically set daily prices and minimum stay rules

      • Continuously optimize pricing in real time

      🔧 Setup Instructions

      Follow these two steps inside Beds24 to enable the connection:

      Step 1: Create and Configure an API Key

      1. Go to ⚙️ SETTINGS > ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS

      2. In the API Key field, create your own custom key (minimum 16 characters).
        Example: pricepointAPI123456

      3. Set the following options:

        • API Key Access: allow any IP

        • IP Whitelist: (leave blank)

        • Allow Writes: Yes

        • Property Access: Owned by this account only

      4. Click Save

      Step 2: Define a Property Key (propKey)

      1. Go to ⚙️ SETTINGS > PROPERTIES > ACCESS

      2. In the propKey field, define a unique key for each property

        • Must be at least 16 characters

        • Must be different for each property

        • You choose the value (e.g. propPricepoint123456)

      3. Click Save

      🔁 How It Works

      Once connected:

      • Pricepoint will retrieve historical reservation data.

      • All future bookings, cancellations, and modifications are synced in real time.

      • Pricepoint uses this data to continuously optimize prices throughout the day.

      ✅ Final Step: Send the Keys to Pricepoint

      Once your API Key and propKey(s) are saved, please email them to:
