If you use Cloudbeds, you may sometimes see days with a yellow background in your Pricepoint Calendar. This means Cloudbeds is missing intervals for those dates.
What Does a Yellow Day Mean?
Pricepoint still calculates a price for that day, but it can’t update it in Cloudbeds yet. Cloudbeds needs an interval (a rate) for each date before Pricepoint can send prices to it.
Example: your Pricepoint Calendar shows October 2027 in yellow. This means Cloudbeds doesn’t have intervals for October 2027 yet, so Pricepoint can’t send prices for those dates.
How Do I Fix It?
In Cloudbeds, add an interval with a price for the missing dates.
👉 How to Add or Edit Base Rates in the Availability MatrixOnce the intervals are added, the yellow background disappears and Pricepoint starts updating prices for those dates.
