Rate Setup is your everyday price range. Events, Demand Level and Manual Price are for exceptions on specific dates.

Which one should I use?
Rate Setup: your normal price range
Example: your Double Room usually sells between 90€ and 180€ in August, so you set that range, with a Starting Price of 130€.
Events and Holidays: dates you know about in advance
Example: a music festival takes place in your town every second weekend of July. Create an event that repeats every year and either adjust your prices by +30%.
Demand Level: when a price feels too high or too low
Example: a large conference is announced next door for 14 to 16 May, but bookings haven't picked up yet. Raise the Demand Level to 4 or 5 for those dates. If road works will block your street for a week, lower it to 1 or 2.
Manual Price: one-off dates that need a different range
Example: your pool is closed for repairs from 3 to 5 June, so you set a lower range for just those dates.
Changing the same dates again and again? If you keep adjusting the same dates or most of a month, update Rate Setup instead.
Good to know
If a date has both an Event and a Manual Price, the Manual Price is used.
Bulk Update changes every date you select, so use it sparingly.
