Reservations Report

How to use the Reservations Report to view and filter reservation data, and what each column and summary total means.

The Reservations Report is a list of reservations at your property, with several filter options to customize what you see. You can find it under Reports > Reservations.

How do I filter the report?

  • Room Type: a specific room category, or "All room types"

  • Date Range: the timeframe you want to analyze

  • Status: filter by reservation status, such as Confirmed or Canceled

  • Date Type: base the date range on Booking Date, Check-in Date, or Stay Date, depending on which perspective you want to analyze

  • Time Zone: Local Time or UTC

What columns does the report include?

  • Reservation ID: a unique identifier for each reservation

  • Room Type: the category of room booked

  • Check-In Date / Check-Out Date: the guest's arrival and departure dates

  • Booking Date: when the reservation was made

  • Booking Accommodation Total: the net accommodation value of the reservation. Extras are always excluded; whether tax is included depends on your account's setup (inclusive vs. exclusive tax) and your PMS. See How Does Pricepoint Calculate Booking Totals? for details.

  • ADR (Average Daily Rate): the average daily rate for the reservation

  • Nights: number of nights the guest is staying

  • Status: the reservation's status (e.g., Confirmed, Canceled)

  • Download Date: the date and time the reservation was downloaded into Pricepoint

What summary information is shown for the full list?

  • Reservations: total number of reservations

  • Room Nights: total nights across all reservations

  • ADR: average daily rate across all reservations

  • Booking Accommodation Total: the sum of net accommodation value across all reservations in the list — see Booking Accommodation Total above for how this is calculated
